Ed’s Nascar Connection can not be held responsible for production number, release date or design changes. These are determined by the manufacturer. We will provide estimated release and production number if possible. Ed’s Nascar Connection will do it’s best to fulfill each order received.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail, fax or call us for a refund authorization number within 7 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized packages will be refused and returned to sender. There will be no exceptions. Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Merchandise must be in perfect condition with any or all tags intact and in original saleable condition for credit to be issued. Items will not be accepted for return if item is not in saleable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns, shipping costs and insurance are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use or abuse.

Placing an Order You may place your order via the Web, phone or fax —whichever method is most convenient for you. After an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow-up e-mail will be sent. Both confirmations will contain the order number, order detail and shipping method. The shipping confirmation e-mail will also include the date shipped, number of packages and carrier's tracking number(s).
